Jean's Dad is sick in hospital so we decided to stay on the coast a few more days. Drove over to Club Windang for a game of mixed triples.
Got a fast email response from David early in the morning to get our names down. He met us at the club and introduced us to President Greg. He offered to take a photo of us with the club mascot.
(The big prawn Club Windang mascot) We arrived at the club at 9 and organisation was well under way for a 9:30 start.
It was a good rollup. There were12 games of triples and one pairs. It was about 40:60 women which was a nice change.

Jean played second with Lead Carol and Mal as skip.
We were against Phil, Peter and skip Ivan. Carol is a new bowler. 2 years including a year out for Covid. She was on today. Every end she had at least one in the count. Very impressive. This led us to be 8-nil up after 5 ends. Then they scored a single to put them on the board.
That's all they needed. We didn't score again for 3 ends. Then they got a 6 which put us behind. Last end we needed 4 to win. Went down by 7 in the end.
