Roll and swim at Guilderton

We're staying overnight at the caravan park by the river in Guilderton. We stopped first to check out the Country Club..

We saw inside the clubhouse.

Out front is an anchor from a wreck.

The shady outdoor area is good.

There's a little barbecue area.

The green was established in 2011.

We met a lady who offered us a roll-up. We thought we'd have to wait to check in to the caravan Park so - why not! The only way down is via the stairs. Carry your bag!

There's one synthetic green.

Seems a bit rich - though it's not a bowling club! It's a country club.

Mal went first.

Mal yelled "Woo hoo! Resting Toucher!"

Jean tried to do better.

Hmm, not so - but she got two.

Jean nearly did it.

Mal was on the money.

We got to the caravan Park. Jean asked Mal "Do you want to swim out to the diving platform with me? It's only about 250 metres." He said "NO WAY! As soon as I saw it I thought 'Well there's a challenge for Jean!'" Challenge accepted. She did it,
