We dropped in to Casino RSM Club on Thursday on our way to Lismore. They had bowls on so we spoke to a member who said they have bowls on Monday arvo. We came back for a Monday game.

It's a pretty big club. RSM is Returned Services Memorial.

We were told by phone bowls started at 1pm. We arrived early and found out it's 2pm. We chatted with Bob and Peter who told us today it's the Travelling Bowlers - The Blue Heelers.

Bob introduced us to Shirley and her husband Trevor who is the Blue Heelers President

There's one carpet synthetic green.

The Bob Ellis Green.

The first green was opened on 1969 by the Bowls NSW Vice-president.

Col, Jean and Trevor

Played Mal, Shirley and Dick.

It was cool. 17° that felt like 12°. The wind was outrageous! Bowls went everywhere! Mal managed to get two.

Jean's two were the closest.

Mal was bowling very well.

Jean managed to get one near.

Mal won by ten shots. We came inside to the warmth for drinks.

Trevor gave us Casino pens.
